Currently I write news, news analysis, case studies, features, and Pint of View (my humor column) for CRM magazine and destinationCRM.com. It's been a great 3 years.

I also have been trying to branch out a little with my CRM-and-other-stuff blog, Series of Tubes. I'm open to changing that title; maybe I should have a contest?

Professionally, I had my first magazine job with Home Office Computing back in 1999. I've been everything from a consumer electronics writer (etown.com) to a Publishers Clearing House proofreader. I've written and edited books for Vault.com, freelanced a little for Custom Retailer magazine and CNET, and even did a brief stint in public relations.
